Holiday villa San Borondon is a spacious, light and comfortable holiday villa with pool. The villa is surrounded by 50.000m2 private land which stretches down the steep cliffs to the sea. The villa stands at 200M above sea level, the area has pleasant temperatures.Villa San Borondon offers you peace and quiet and absolute privacy.


The view at San Borondon is breathtaking and impressive. Views over the eastern part of the island La Palma and the Atlantic Ocean with neighbourhood islands Tenerife and La Gomera, the capital Santa Cruz, the harbour, the mountains and volcanoes. Even impressive are the daily sun rise and the stars at night. Holiday Villa San Borondon offers sleeping accommodation up to 6 persons.

Villa San Borondon is built on 2 levels and
in L-shape. Outside stairs connect the 2 levels. The garden is full of flowers and palm trees.

The upper level contains the living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. The large terrace offers sunny and shady areas, a fireplace and barbecue.

On the lower level are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large sun- and shadow terrace and the swimming pool.

In the living room are comfortable furniture, dining table with chairs and a fireplace. There is TV, DVD-player, books, games and tourist information.

The kitchen was completely renewed in June 2011. There are a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, dis washer and a good selection of kitchen utensils.

From the living room and kitchen you have a breathtaking view over the Atlantic Ocean with neighbourhood islands Tenerife and La Gomera.

Each of the 3 bedrooms contain 2 single beds with very good matrasses (new June 2011) and cupboards.

The 2 bathrooms were renewed in June 2011 and have a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Also from the bedrooms at Villa San Borondon you have that stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean with the islands Tenerife and La Gomera.

From San Borondon it is only a 10 minutes drive to the capital Santa Cruz de La Palma, with its beautiful old houses, streets and squares, its museums, restaurants and bars. A supermarket is about 10 minutes walking distance away, and the beach about 15 minutes drive. A local restaurant and a bar are a short walk away.
From the airport it is about 20 min. drive.
Along the east coast are several villages and places of interest. A drive towards the North brings you to San Andres y Sauces, with a plaza full of exotic plants and flowers. Well worth a visit is the tropical rainforest (biosphere reserve) Los Tilos, one of the last laurel forests on earth, Barranco del Agua with its giant ferns and lianen and the walk through tunnels to Marcos y Corderos.
In the very North is for example El Tablado, a small village, nowadays inhabited by only a few Palmeros.
In between San Borondon and Santa Cruz is the beginning of the road to the Roque de Los Muchachos, the highest point of La Palma, famous for its views and the Observatory.
